Scheduling, lateness, Cancellation & Refund Policies

Scheduling: 

Readings must be scheduled at least 12 hrs. in advance. 

There are no immediate appointments available.

Lateness:

Please be ready to answer your phone promptly. When you schedule an appointment, you pay for a specific TIME SLOT. When you are late for your scheduled time slot, there are NO GUARENTEES that I will be available to extend your time slot by any amount of minutes. 

Cancellation:

Appointments MUST be cancelled at least 24hrs. in advance to qualify for a refund. 

Rescheduling:

Requests to reschedule an appointment must be made at least 24 hrs. in advance of the original appointment time.  

Refunds:

Refunds are given ONLY with regard to appointment cancellations.  The  cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hrs. in advance.
